I'm a 20 year old Student currently going to Concordia University. I have lived in Montreal for 3 years, prior to that I lived in Hong Kong. I love the outdoors and nature and would like to start to grow, or learn how to grow, my own food. We had a flower bed in my 2nd storey apartment in HK and attempted to grow various crops, albeit unsuccessfully. We tried to grow chillies, tomatoes, various flowers including orchids and roses, which were all decimated by brids. The only successful plant we grew was aloe vera which are very low maintenece. I currently volunteer at Concordia Greenhouse at my University so I have some knowledge os how things are grown and how to take care of plants.

I love to preserve fruits and veg, and garden but I just don't have the space to do it where I live. I would love to be able to help someone see the full potential of their land

Attended humber college(landscape technician) intern at bufco and help at a family veggie plot(manual till, weeding, oganic soil amending.planting) I enjoy working with others to achieve a common goal, working hard, learning new techniques/learning from others.

Starting a "Funny Farm" near Ridgecrest, CA

No land, nor seeds have I. Plants need water, water comes from plumbing, plumbing done properly comes from skill. Please accept my skills in aiding your cause. Journeyman plumber/boiler technician with a background in irrigation design. You buy the parts and I'll volunteer my time.

I am a SPIN farmer and own Carrot Creek Urban Farm in Richmond BC. I teach people how to grow intensive small plot vegetable gardens that feed their families for the year. I teach these methods around BC, including VanDusen Botanical Gardens and other private sites and organizations. We have farm tours at Carrot Creek regularly, where I teach closed loop farming.

I live in the city--in an apartment condo. I am lucky to have a plot in the local community garden but would love a bit more space to grow things!
