I live in the community of Erlton in Calgary, Alberta. I live in a townhouse that is North facing and have no room to garden. I LOVE to garden and I like to create artful spaces that use resources wisely. Access to rainwater is a must! I have a permaculture design certificate and take part in garden permablitzes. I also travel out to BC to stay on farms and learn new organic gardening methods. I am looking for a homeowner who would like to share a sunny spot in their yard for some flower and vegetable gardening. The owner must agree to install or have a couple of rainbarrels, a hose and a pump for watering (if necessary). I am hoping for a yard within walking distance to my place. Thanks!

Hi: I'm a professional Chef who loves gardening. I most like growing vegetables and am interested in bee keeping. I am available to help out with veg gardening in around downtown Calgary. Anybody keeping bees that might need bee-sitting sometime?

Interested in bees, animals, ecosystems, fungi, aquaponics, permaculture, passive designs for greenhouses, essentially pretty much everything. If you need a pair of hands to help with something (and your doing it on a weekend) I'm happy to help!
