Happy Hippies looking for a little piece of land to call their own.

We are looking for a small piece of land to build a sustainable life, permaculture Greenhouses and Gardens and a Carbon free, Earth-Friendly, Zero Impact home.

Two Full time employed, hard working, committed Young parents seek a small section of land to build a life together.

Ideally we would like to have at least one or two acres to start living on. Sizeable enough for a couple of kids, a couple of cats, a couple of dogs, and a couple of adults, Greenhouses and Gardens enough to feed us throughout the year, a water cistern and purification system, a few solar power collection systems, and a sizeable Hand crafted Earthship or Earth bermed Natural Cob, Straw, tire, and upcycled/recycled home.

Basically we would like to get out of the city, get off the grid and the system and start living a new life in the country where we can work hard for our own lives and enjoy just LIVING.

We would like to build our home from scratch ourselves.
Would be living in temporary living quarters for a few years as the house evolves. Greenhouses, Garden, Cob hearth and Kitchen building to start the project off.

Would like to live with as little impact to the earth as possible and stop living in a monetary system of Debt and slavery. Scavenging, recycling, Upcycling, Reusing, and all manner of methods to our madness.

Willing to work for our lives. :)

Will work Your Land and help in any way possible in exchange for the use of a small corner of your property.

Both Parties will still be working for the first few years to fund our dreams. Likely the first year will strictly be developmental and used to prepare, prep and plan. Collecting Materials, Getting all designs and plans ready and laid out. 2nd year we will likely be ready to start construction and have temporary residence established on the property, at which point the build will become our full time commitment, whilst still maintaining employment.


Massive Dreams, Monstrous amount of work.. More than worth it in the long term to have the life we are dreaming about.

Would like to discuss all opportunity to start our future Sustainable life project with ANYONE who might have some land that they feel might be a good fit.

We are able to mortgage, rent, purchase, work for, and accept donations of land. Willing to Take down any OLD Run down Farm houses, barns, or outbuildings.

Have you inherited a small piece of land that is worth very little and don't want to deal with it? We would be happy to make use of it and bring a little bit of life, love, peace, happiness, children and sustainability back to the land.
If you have an old piece of farm land with an uninhabitable building on it, we would be willing to remove the building at our cost in exchange for the use of the land.

Looking for Land North of Calgary and SOUTH of Red Deer, though all opportunities will be looked at thoroughly.

I know this seems like a stretch and many folks would think this idea is slightly backwards, but we are truly dreaming of a small piece of land to call our own to just LIVE in peace and natural harmony with the earth as ethically and morally sound as possible. For Many this idea of tough country living would be highly unappealing, but it is all we can think and dream about.
